This website is operated by Klariscan Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17316774), whose registered office is at 231 Vauxhall Bridge Rd, Pimlico, London SW1V 1AD, United Kingdom. In these terms, “Klariscan”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Klariscan Limited, and “you” means the person using the website or joining the waitlist.

Using our website

The website is free to use. We try to keep it available and accurate, but we don’t guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

The content on the website is for general information about Klariscan. It is not professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

When using the website, you must not:

• use it in any way that breaks the law or is fraudulent
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, the server it is stored on, or any connected system
• introduce viruses or other harmful material, or attack the website in any way, including denial-of-service attacks
• submit false or misleading information, or sign other people up to the waitlist without their permission
• copy, scrape or extract content from the website in a way that disrupts it or for commercial use, except as allowed by law

Intellectual property

We, or our licensors, own all intellectual property rights in the website and its content, including text, design, graphics, illustrations and the Klariscan name and logo.

You may view the website and print or download extracts for your own reference. You must not otherwise copy, adapt or reuse the content, or use the Klariscan name or logo, without our written permission.

The Klariscan waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and places you under no obligation to buy anything.

When you join, you confirm that the details you give us are accurate and that you are authorised to provide the business details you enter.

We will use your details to contact you about Klariscan, including sending you a sample Klariscan report and telling you about our launch and your waitlist discount. We may change the content or format of the sample report. It illustrates the kind of insight Klariscan provides and is not an assessment of your business.

We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

You can leave the waitlist at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any of our emails, or by emailing hello@klariscan.com.

We plan to launch Klariscan in autumn 2026. This is our target, not a promise, and the launch date, features and pricing may change.

The waitlist launch offer

Waitlist members are entitled to 40% off Klariscan’s standard launch price: £1,500 instead of £2,500. These conditions apply:

• Prices exclude VAT, which will be added at the applicable rate.
• The offer applies to the first Klariscan purchase made by the business you registered with, and is limited to one use per business.
• The offer must be claimed within 30 days after launch.
• The offer is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
• Any purchase will be made under the Klariscan terms of service that we publish at launch, which you will be asked to accept before buying.
• If we don’t launch Klariscan, or we change the product before launch, we will tell you, and you won’t owe us anything.
• We may withdraw or change the offer if we reasonably need to, for example because of a pricing error or misuse. If we do, we will tell you before you are asked to pay.

Where the website links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, those links are for your information only. We have no control over those websites and are not responsible for their content or how they use your data.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales.

The website and waitlist are provided free of charge. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or its content, or from joining the waitlist. In particular, we are not liable for loss of profits, sales, business or revenue, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation, or any indirect or consequential loss.

If you are using the website as a consumer, these terms do not affect your legal rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Please check this page whenever you use the website. If we make a significant change that affects waitlist members, we will tell you by email.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
